IPANEMA

Ipanema is coming! The new quarter in Hamburg-Winterhude for living and working is being realized by the PEG. On the 28,500 sqm plot of land at Überseering 30, near the city park, an extraordinary building ensemble is being created by the Hamburg office of KBNK Architects. An oval office tower with 18,500 sqm of office space for several hundred workplaces and two wave-like buildings with more than 520 apartments are planned. Around a third of this is publicly funded.
