Hamburg Urban Development 2015 - 2030
New quarters and new urban development projects will shape our city in the coming decade. New districts such as Oberbillwerder, Grasbrook and Fischbeker Reethen are being built; others such as Mitte Altona, Pergolenviertel and HafenCity will be completed. This involves new residential construction, but also new workplaces such as the piggyback railway station, a new science district in Bahrenfeld, new open spaces and parks. It's about all the functions that make up a city and the entire range of infrastructure that makes a city worth living in.
The brochure Hamburger Projekte der Stadtentwicklung gives you an overview of the focal points of Hamburg's spatial development and uses 42 major projects as examples to show you how the city is developing and which goals guide us in shaping the city. Link Brochure ->
